Phone, TV not working, no routine cleaning of room, poor food quality, hard to find location

There was no lift facility. The overall ambience is very bad. Even Bathroom is worst. Breakfast is very bad. They have limited breakfast which was not mentioned in their list. Overall bad experience. Would not like to stay next time

It was clean and good

Staff asked for extra charges though we paid for 2 rooms

1. Food was tasty.2. Staff was polite and good

1. water in rooms should be complementary.

The booking including breakfast . When you actually see there is no buffet breakfast ?. They ask for coffe or tea post which they say we have only bread and omelet that too one bread into two triangle pc wrap with one egg omelet , very very disappointed

Good room, good staff, good food, clean room and lavatory. Hot water available. Good view from our room. In Room Dining facility available . To top it all, team led by a good manager.

Staff Behavior, Prompt Service, Over all clean and cozy room.The restaurant is well decorated.As an interior designer appreciating the styling and decor.Most importantly we are very happy with the service and cooperation of Mr. Dutta.(At reception).will surely visit again.

I'm not getting a towel even to get fresh. No toiletries after asking twice, so I checked out after waiting 2 hrs, money full charges not getting refund yet

it’s under renovation and the beds were so uncomfortable, it’s definitely not the one to be given for the price paid.

I have been staying at Gupta's hotel whenever I visit siliguri and they never disappoint me in any way. Staff and their behaviour is always top class with the management special thanks to (MR NOOR) for all the help he provided me with . I suggest people to visit and enjoy the stay at Gupta's hotel they won't regret it.Very happy and comfortable stay ??????

Gupta's needs to finish up their construction work soon?

As the building was under renovation, it felt unsafe. They should have let the travellers know in advance that they are doing renovation.

Reception officer Mr. OM was quiet cooperative about logistic support for NJP drop.

Noisy environment in surrounding areas.
